Each session is recorded, and we provide catch-up materials. However, the live practice and interaction are where the magic happens, so we strongly encourage full attendance.

Diane Lloyd

Diane Lloyd has been a leader for 35 years. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holder of a Master’s degree in Leadership, she created this program from a deeply personal place: when she trained as an executive coach, she realized these were the very skills she had been missing throughout her entire leadership career.
That revelation drove her to create the Inspired Results Coaching Program—to ensure that leaders don’t have to wait 20 years to discover the conversational skills that transform how they lead.
Diane has trained hundreds of leaders across North America in coaching skills that reduce burnout, improve team performance, and transform workplace culture. She is also an Associate Faculty member in the Certified Executive Coach Program at Royal Roads University and was the 2022 recipient of the Kelly Outstanding Teaching Award.
Her superpower? Creating safe and inspiring environments that activate unguarded conversation and transformational change.
