ABOUT DIANE

Hi I’m

Diane.

I am a leadership strategist, executive coach, and the founder of the The Midlife Leadership Lab™. For over two decades I have worked with leaders across to build more human, values-aligned of leading.

But the work I do now was shaped by my own midlife experience. When perimenopause arrived at 53, it did not come gently. It arrived with brain fog, disrupted sleep, joint pain, and a tearful confession at my own dinner table that I was stuggling. I had spent years being the capable one, the one who held things together, and I had quietly lost the thread back to myself in the process.

That reckoning changed how I coach, what I teach, and what I believe leadership is about.
